vacation!

Ever since the new year all I feel like im doing is eat, drink, and sleep. What a rutine.

I'm planning a ski trip with some girls from work. Going down to the dells to "Flake Out Festival"---to me, festival is beer in another language. I look forward to it, let's see what kind of trouble i get into--swimming, skiing, drinking, music, casinos, you name it, it's probably there.

It's 2009!! I made it.
Unfortunately my new year celebration didn't begin as well as it ended. I had a bumpy ride the whole night and somehow ended up staying up till about 5AM only to be woken up at 8 by the guys talking really loud. The best part was i didnt have a hangover I was ready to party all over again the next night.

Now that the holidays are over I think I'm gonna stay up in Green Bay for awhile and have a little time to myself to think about a bunch of stuff.

so christmas came and went. I got things...nothing too spectacular.
Today is finally nice outside, but the bad thing is, everyone else had to return to work. Therefore im still stuck at home doing absolutely nothing. I can't believe it's already friday. In this case, i think it's the only time when i dont want it to be that day of the week. It means only a few more days till i have to head back home to green bay and start working all over again. The funny thing is, I would rather have it be Saturday tho...as long as i find something to do.

I've already got a line-up for when I return home---if i don't get buried first. There is an ugly sweater party to attend Friday night and then my sister is having a birthday bash at Buckhead and dinner somewhere. After the weekend is birthday dinner with my parents and such and then here come christmas. After that a few other holiday event before I head back up here for New Years!

Today I aslo was playing in the kitchen...because I love it!
I made some peppermint merainge cookies and some stuffed pepper. I think the cookies could have been cooked a little longer. I haven't tried one yet, but maybe when i get home from work. I also haven't tried the peppers but i will be later tonight.
Going to a friend from work's house to have a little celebration. Therefore we will be drinking and eating some pretty good stuff.

Here comes another snow storm...due to the weather I may or may not be going home Friday. we are supposed to get yet another 10 inches of snow possibly and I dont want to be diving right through it.

All I want is for it to snow on Christmas day, but I want to make it home safe and not have to worry about the roads. Damn snow. The only thing it is good for is to play in.

I've got this ridiculously huge craving for krispy kremes. They closed the one up here in green bay so now i have to get some when i go home. I don't know the last time i had them...i might not even like them.

There is word of 9-15 inches of snow coming this way. Unfortunately I am already at work and it has probably started. I was told that the company I work at rarely closes for snow. I kinda wish we did tho, I miss the snow days I used to get when I went to school. The rumor around work is that if you live in Green Bay, you have to come to work. As long as the roads are decent, I'll be fine. I just dont like shoveling my car out.

Not only is the snow headed this way, but so are the holidays which means more traveling for me. I will be going home this weekend for Kelly's baby shower, then the weekend after that for Christmas. But i will have a whole week off for Christmas so hopefully that will be nice for me.

I found out today that Heather doesn't think it's worth it to get a christmas tree. I was super excited to get one cuz it's out very own apartment and we would have out very own tree. I guess it makes sense tho since we aren't going to be around her very much for the holidays. While she is gone a whole month during her school break, I will be stuck in Green Bay working my life away this winter.

Last night on the way home from work I slid a little bit so i got a litte scared, but im sure there will be more of that to come. I dont think i am ready for winter driving yet, but then again is anyone ever ready?

We are supposed to get another 5 inches of snow up here tomorrow...yay!?

I don't know what to do with my life. Im just waiting for something to smack me in the face and tell me what to do. I fell like I want to do everythng and nothing at the same time. I want to move back home but I will miss everything I have grown to love over the past 5 years. I want to go back to school for something yet I told myself once I graduated I never wanted to go to school ever again.
I think I have hit a wall in life where everything is boring to me and I need constant change to keep me interested. I want so much, however I just want to have fun. But fun doesnt really get me anywhere besides good memories in the past.
I'm just living one day at a time. I guess that is all I can do now.

Im getting excited about thanksgiving. It one of my fav holidays. I mean you get to eat as much food as you want and it's all sooo good. I can't wait to go home and eat such a wonderful meal.
Not only do i get to go home, but I get to stay there for almost a full week. That means no work. I just get to relax, hang out and maybe catch up with some old friends.

summer class

Today is my last day of my first session of summer class!! I finaly made it. However, I wish I could still have the same professor all summer. I pretty much dread going to my second class this summer because I hate th professor, and I am pretty sure there is a huge project at the end of the session.
By the time I am done with that class, I will only be within a week of completing my qualification and will be able to receive my diploma!! As well, Nevada here I come!! After I have spent all my money on my car and apartment, why not spend a little more.

I have had my new car for a little over a week and i love it! I got the 2008 ford focus...in blue of course. I have all kinds of cool stuff my old car never even had for one...the air conditioning works!!
I am almost done with my first summer class. I actually got a 100% on one of my tests, I was so proud of myself. I haven't seen a grade like that since probably freshman year of college.
My summer is filling up by the day, however, after this summer is over, I will be a free person, no more school or homework to worry about. Just to find a job.

This weekend my car decided to take a dive for the worse. I was driving it home after work one night, and there in the middle of the road it just wouldn't go anymore. I think it's my transmission, but either way, I'm gonna be getting a new car in the near future. I talked to my daddy tonight, and this week when everyone comes up for my graduation, I will be car shopping. It's pretty exciting. But now, not only do i have to pay for rent, but i will be making car payments too. :-(

I have about 9 more days of actual class that i have to attend, a week til heathers b-day, and then exams and then move into my new apartment. I cant control all the anticipation i have! I have never had my own place before. When I actually ask someone to come over to my house, it will really be mine.

We signed the lease for our apartment on Monday!! Now that that is taken care of, all i want to do is move in!!! I can't wait. It's an awesome apartment, and it's in the perfect location...close to everything. Only 27 more days.
On the down side, i dont think i am doing too hot in one of my classes! I'm hoping I pass, or i wont get my diploma :-( That would be bad. I have to study my ass of for final. Only 3 more months of school and I will never have to worry about it ever again!! I hope i survive and make it all the way thru.

Spring Break in Florida was pretty cool. I think it could have been better tho.

Last night was the Green Bay Pub Crawl Scavenger Hunt. We were going around everything downtown. However, I think it's about time the weather changes. If last night was warmer, it would have been way better.

My next goal is to get an apartment up in Green Bay. Heather and I have been looking for awhile, but we just started touring them. I think we may have found THE ONE! www.eastpointvillage.com We turned in our application for it, and now I am waiting to hear back. Hopefully i will get the call tomorrow.

After that, its graduation and a whole lot more summer classes!
Maybe a trip to Wendover, NV...I'm waiting on Heather to see if she can go. We wanted to go to LA, but that might be just a little pricey.

I went to a job fair last week. It was more fun than i thought it would be and i got a lot of free pens, and then some. Maybe I will find a job haha.

I've got 2 more weeks to go til Spring Break! I can't wait. I'm going to Panama City, but that sad thing is we are driving.

I am in my last full sememster of school and it wont come fast enough. The funny this for this school is that when it's below freezing and a windchill of neg 41 ever school in the state had classes cancelled but ours. or so it seemed. I was pretty pissed. Seeing as we walk to class and the little kiddies get dropped off at the door.
Pretty much everything has been annoying me lately. Not sure why. But it also sucks when you have a friend who ditches you because the opposite sex is way more appealing, when everyone else thinks differently. I cant wait to move out. Maybe i just have an issue with living in the same place for too long.

I've only been in school for a week and I'm totally sick of it. I'm taking 2 spanish classes and 3 business classes. The concept of homework alone is too much for me to handle. I don't know why, but I can not bring myself to sit still and concentrate for longer than an hour at a time. For both my spanish classes I have to read so much for each class and it's hard when i dont know every word in the spanish dictionary.
Besides homework, i hate my school for the meer fact that there is definitely not enough parking spots to accomodate everyone on campus with a car. I truely believe there are way more vehicles this year than last year. one source--new freshman! It's pretty ridiculous when you have to walk a mile to your apartment because you had to park on the other side of campus. It was so much nicer in the summer when I could get a front row spot every day of the week.
I just keep thinking that I have one year left n that I'm almost done. But that thought barely keeps me sane. I just want out! I don't know why i went to college in the first place. A 4 year college not to metion.

I'm almost 21. im getting pretty excited that it's going to be my birthday. Well Heather is moving up too very soon, so im excited about that. I'm making blue and green jello shots for my pre party and im pumped. I think im more excited about the jello that going out. Hmm. i don't rememeber what else i was going to write. im going to get my hair cut on wednesday. then work thursaday and friday. then going home on wednesday. possibly earlier if i give up working on tuesday. then i can go out with Heather in Milwaukee for ladies night!
